Mixer shower fitting

Hi there,

I have a mixer type shower, and the pipe between the mixer and the shower head itself has perished. Thinking it would be easy enough to fix, I popped off to B&Q and bought a new one.

Unfortunately the "standard" fitting on replacement shower pipes is 2cm, but the fitting on the shower head and mixer is 1.5cm.

Does anyone know anywhere that I can get a replacement pipe with a 1.5 cm female fitting on either end ?
