Our thermostatic mixer shower has started to play up!
It doesn't get hot anymore, only lukewarm!
OK the info:
Shower was installed when the house was built ( 15 yrs ago), worked fine till a month ago.
All other hot water is ok as is the bath and other shower.
Shower is a thermostatic mixer ( mira excel ). not pumped but gravity fed.
I've searched the forums and seen several posts refereing to a 'cartridge'. Is that a type of filter? Could that be the problem?
or is the shower just past it!
