I have a tiny downstairs WC with a tiny corner handbasin. The cold tap is mains, the hot is tank at 1bar.

I wanted a new basin, but the tiny ones all seem to be single tap-hole.
Is a there a suitable mixer tap? Or a kitchen mixer that is very small?

(expecting the answer "no")

I suppose I could use a Caleffi pressure reducer, but it will look rather unsightly.

The ones designed for low pressure systems mix at the tap head rather than in the body. These will work fine.

yes, like a kitchen mixer. can you suggest a small one?

monoblock cloakroom basin tap to uk specs,,not full size basin tap.

consider flow restrictors if splashing over occurs.

do you know a brand/model?

I usually like Bristan.

Dual flow means it mixes at the outlet yes, no need for NRV's on an unbalanced supply then. Use full bore ISO's and then you can balance the flow especially if cold is excessive.
