    hey
I own a mk5 golf 1.4 supercharged, originally my car was misfiring so i got the spark plugs and the ignition coil changed on the cylder. it removed the missfire code but the car still has some issues, including:

. jumpy idle (but rpm stays the same)

. poor accelration / lacking power

. a little hard to start

    . stearing wheel wobble

the car is only reading one code now and its related to the fan being " intermittent" hoping someone can give me any sort of clue as to what it could be.

That might be too technical a problem for a primarily diy forum to offer advice on. I’d suggest you take it to your nearest Bosch diagnostic centre. Personally, I’d start with checking the cylinder compressions before doing anything else.

Whatever it is, it won’t be related to the steering wheel wobble - that’ll be a different problem, probably wheel balancing or warped brake discs.

Post up the code and someone might have had the same issues as you.

Have you searched the vw forums for help?
