I emailed 5 paint companies last friday to ask if i could use their logos for a website i'm building, none have replied. It just taken me two days to get through to sikkens technical dept to ask a couple of questions and i'm still 48 hrs later waiting for someone to call me back. I rang another company with a query yesterday and still waiting for someone from their tech dept to call me back.

If i ran my business like this i'd be on the dole in no time, why are they all so bloody useless? Without customers they wouldn't have a business.
