Hi i have a faulty seat belt on drivers side (female part) the male works on passenger side but wont engage on drivers. As the car has pre-tensioners is it an expensive repair as i thinking of changing car

pretensioners won't stop you plugging the seat belt in, i'd suggest scrappy, won't be that much
The last one I changed was on a 1995 and it required the whole seat to be removed. Not a 20 minute job. You'll probably have to do the same at the scrappy.
