Not unless you have a very high loft space, or want to mount your water tanks on the roof!
The reason Mark says that is the cold tank needs to be above the hot tank. A few years ago I had a bungalow with a combined hot & cold tank in a not very high loft, I seem to recall the only downfall was capacity.
