my biasi boiler keeps running water that turns hot then cold due to the flame keeps going out also when i run the hot water the boiler egnigtes but then only sends out luke warm water can anyone give me any info on this please

Its not very clear to me exactly what you are describing.
I think its most likely that you have a problem with the fan/APS system but this would normally require a CORGi engineer as they are parts of the combustion and safety interlocks.
Unless you were competent to work on those aspects I am unable to give you detailed advice.

Tony was also correct when he indicated this was the answer to a somewhat similar fault. In our case on arrival at the boiler it was found the fan was not working suitable. This was fixed by cleaning and lubricating the fan.
