My central heating isnt working please help

from that valve is a cable that has 5 wires they should go into a wiring centre.
you need to check to see if the white has got mains power on it.
be careful cause you have to check this will the power on.

so that proves the wall stat is calling for heat.
and the cylinder stat is satisfied/or off.

turn the mains power to the heating system off then that will reset the valve it should fall to the W position.

now switch mains back on.
and heating only at programmer wall stat up.

what does it go to ?

sounds like its knacked.
it should pull right across to the H.
you got all power in the right places.
so i would say the board or somethings gone inside.

you can remove the top plastic cover and see if you can see anything maybe burnt out.

100% everything proved ok apart from the valve not moving.

you only need an actuator not complete valve.
