My Garden tap

Never worked and have lived here 2 years!

But I'm gonna get it working this year. OK the tap mech works (ie handle turns the valve) but nothing comes out.

It just seems to feed into the main sysltem under my sink. I have tried loosening and tightening A (see pic) without success. This seems to be the only thing I can change. B just looks like the end of the pipe! The copper pipe foes into my sink tap.

Ive no idea what Im doing to be frank and I'd rather ask here than get a plumber.

Help me and help my lawn to get green!

Open the black bit (B), it works like a tap

"b" looks like a tap handle to me....does it not turn?

might leak or be stuck if its been static for sometime

Take A off and Turn B a fraction with cloth bucket below. you should get a small flow of water from where A was. If water flows put A backk on, open B fully and try tap outside. if no flow here then outside tap is siezed
