My Laburnam tree died

And im not sure why, shoots just started last year and then stopped, bark is peeling now and it just looks like it has no more life.
Not sure how old it is or why it died? Guess i want to replace it with a new one, anyone recommend a good supplier?

B4 you plant up your new one, you need to asses why the old bush died!
This cause, can be of many things, position to sun, soil type (p.H), depth of soil, disease etc,etc. Try replanting it first, in a new position. If no new growth, then assume the worst! If no obvious signs of disease, It may not like it's current position, so don't bin it yet!
