Hi,

My Myson Orion boiler has stopped working. I can't see any model number to quote you, but anyway there's no button for a pilot light - the only control is the thermostat on the bottom right. I've been onto the manufacturers who say it'll be electronically controlled by the timer and should "just work". Obviously I've tried turning the boiler, the timer and thermostat on and off in various combinations. Is there any alternative to calling someone out?

Thanks in advance.

You were right, Gasman - it was the fan. Ended up getting a bloke round who just tapped it with a screwdriver and it started up again, but it's good to know for next time anyway.
