Myson Towel Rail Element

We had the Myson Towelnrail installed as part of a loft conversion about 2003/04. Myson now advise that they no longer produce the electric element. Dies anyone know of a suitable element, or a conversion kit?
 
Is it electric-only, or dual-fuel? What does it look like? A picture would be useful

It's dual fuel and I posted 2 pictures, no idea why they're not showing.
