Towel Warmer - Rattle with Electrical Element

Hi

I have recently had a towel warmer ( rail ) fitted in the bathroom which has an electrical element installed.

When I close the bathroom door I can hear the element rattle inside the towel rail ( timber framed stud wall ). It is simply the vibration.

Can anyone suggest how best to cure this ? The element has been secured to the bottom of the towel warmer.

I was thinking about using a high temperature o ring slipped over the element ?
