Need help/ideas about my broken patio door multi point lock

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help.

I have an old patio door (approx 20 yr old) where the multipoint lock is no longer working.
The lock itself is a unit where there is a brass strip that when you lock the door one of these brass plates slide up and locks onto 4 bolts that are screwed into the door frame. Lock shown here.

I'm hoping someone can suggest where I can find a replacement lock or if not can you suggest an alternative lock that, with possibly a little drilling and alteration (there's a lot of hollow space between the door frame and the glass), I could fit in it's place?
