Need help to identify concealed bath mixer part and tool required

Hi, I've posted earlier assuming this is Axor Starck fitting but Hansgrohe were not able to identify this part/extension and I suspect it may be from different manufacturer. It was fitted by builders when the building as built circa 2001 and I suspect that concealed parts may not be Hansgrohe unlike the visible.

I wonder if any plumber on this forum may have seen this before and can perhaps suggest what tools are needed to take it off and get to the concealed cartridge behind.

Here is the photo and it's not Hansgrohe Axor Starck part - any idea what tool to use on it?
