Yup, +1 on the expansion vessel ... only way to ensure you don't have any serious issues is to have the cylinder service yearly, I take it the installer didn't advise you of that titbit?
The only issue you may have now is if the PRV doesn't re-seat and it keeps dripping, if it's only 18months then you may be ok, as the seal isn't that old and has only had clean water running past it.
