Need replacement shower with 3/4 connections out of the wall

I'm struggling to find a replacement shower (old one seems to have an internal casting fault causing a drip). The connections out of the wall seem to be 2 x 3/4" BSP, on 150mm centers. Does anyone have any suggestions? Everything seems to state 15mm inlets.

What do they actually measure, across the threads, precisely, in mm?

(because 3/4" BSP does not measure 3/4")

Some photos may help.

26mm, photo attached - this is capped off with 3/4 blanks - the dripping was driving the GF crazy, I'm a bit deaf so no problem for me :-)

15 mm Inlet refers to supply pipe diameter. The thread size of the fitting that your blanking cap nuts are fitted to is 3/4 BSP ,as are virtually all horizontal bar mixers. Straightforward swap.
