So I'm in need of a new boiler, got an old back boiler behind an old gas fire that I NEED replacing. It's completely inefficient and costing us a bomb. We're in a 3 bedroom semi built in the 1930s and I'm just not sure what to go for in terms of a replacement. I've got a quality plumber on board but can't decide between:
1. Combi
2. System
3. Regular

Any advice? Which would you go for? My main concern is that with a combi I'll have issues with the pressure changing when multiple taps are on but is it more efficient? Which costs the least to run?[/b]

Your quality plumber should be able to explain the pros and cons of each, give you costings and his suggestions.
