Hi I am carrying out a refurb on a cottage and some of the wiring, ringmain and lightswitches/lights are now in the wrong location.

I have ran new cables for ringmain including kitchen and radial cct for lights etc back to the CU for the new layout but would like to know where I stand on connecting up the lights and sockets in terms of part P.

If I need to have the wiring certified is that going to straightforward seen as I have done the cabling.

Any advice apreciated.

As long as everything you have done complies with BS7671..then yes...........straightforward.
