Can you simply take a a car back within 30 days if you don't like it
does it have to be a 'big fault' and if so how big is big
If you think it is a fault and the dealer disagrees

I am just curious if anyone on here has had any experience of returning a new car within first 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. And how big or serious does a fault have to be ?

I'm weighing up my options.... I have a week to ask for a full refund and don't want to start something destined for failure.

My friend took back a citroen but after 5 months and a dozen breakdowns.
He bought it brand new.
Apparently there was something wrong with electric and they couldn't fix it.
He got his money back in full without much fuss.
To be honest though, they couldn't argue as they'd had the car in the garage 4 months out of 5 and couldn't fix it.
