I've look for previous posts and most go back quite a way so didn't know if there were any new products out there........

Had the bedroom decorated, ceiling plastered and new coving

Small cracks appeared along some of the joins (coving/ceiling) more or less immediately and now another one has come (coving/wall)

Decorates caulk was used and emulsions over

Is there anything very flexible that we can use ? I did read oil based emulsion could work, is that still something that is used ?

Any advice would be great, the cracks really spoil the look of our new room :(

They'll be shrinkage cracks. Best to use an ultra lightweight filler (Wickes/Red Devil) and smooth with a damp rag.

You should never be able to tell that it has been repaired.

When I had this issue I just caulked it again, and there was no further cracking
