Hi all

We've moved into a house a while back and are beginning to think about redecorating - it was pretty much liveable but could do with a fresh lick of paint etc.

Anyway - I've noticed the heavy curtain pole is slightly higher on the right as you look at it.
However, I am a little hesitant to start messing as the fixings are screwed in at a 45 degree angle so may be a pain to adjust (new screw would hit the course of the old screw unless I moved the fixture laterally and I currently don't have a drill guide to help with the angle).

The wall is plasterboard with brick behind.

Anyway - for the sake of 1.5 cm is it worth changing?

Not worth changing as you're right about the angled screw. Paint it white - it won't notice so much.

Cheers all. My old man thinks it would be a nightmare to adjust too so I'm going to hang the curtains and leave as is all being well.
