NEW MARTIAL ART

Hi All, just atarted a new martial art, or new to me at least. Done some before, Judo, Ju-jitsu, Karate, Wing Chun, Kickboxing, Taekwondo, etc etc. This one is Systema, and its the best I have ever trained in. It was developed by Spetsnaz, the Russian Special Forces. Does anyone else out there train in Systema, especially in the Portsmouth area. Could do this every night and wanna find other local clubs, but it's a bit rare. Any help would be very appreciated guys.

ah tried a few but never heard of that one i bet its based on streetfighter styles as the russkies can get a bit physical

The thing I dont get with all that self defence / unarmed combat stuff is everyone who is into it says you dont need to be strong etc.......yet all the instructors seems to be shaven headed tattoed brick ****ehouses
