Should I be worried? Having some work done in garden.

New patio being put in and almost up to dpc below wall render. There's a significant slope to allow water to run away from house and some dpm between slabs and wall.

While I know it doesnt meet regs, is it likely to cause an issue? Have read about splashback but surely treating the wall with a waterproof seal should help prevent any issues?

There are no "regs" for a patio build on an existing house. Just a recommendation.

Sadly, many people think there are, and some of those include surveyors. So might be a problem when you come to sell. Or it might not.

Solution? Ignore it or do as you say.
