First post on here so go easy on me.
Im undertaking a new project in the garden and building a rear porch.
Im looking to build 2 No 500x500x500 deep pad stones to support the posts to my porch.
My questions are these:
1 - What concrete will i need? can this be made up at home with a mixer?
2 - Is rebar a good idea?
3 - What sort of size base will i need made of from stone and what stone will i need?
I can ususally do most of this stuff myself but concrete is something im not familiar with so require some help
