Hello, we're converting the garage and have added a new radiator. The radiator works but the other radiators downstairs and one on the landing are now not heating up. We've tried bleeding and balancing all the radiators which does not fix the issue.

The existing main pipe is 15mm with 10mm feeds for other radiator. We've used 15mm for the new radiator (white pipes in the picture).

The boiler is a glow work 15hxi, there are 12 radiators in the house.

We're a bit stumped with how to fix the issue so would appreciate any advice?

Thanks in advance
Kelly

First off, remove the trv head and see if this works, or see if the pin is stuck, gently press on pin with the flat part of a flat bladed screwdriver.

Turn your new radiator off by its Thermostatic valve ( or wheel head if no TRV ), see if other rads now heat up.
If they do ,you have a balancing issue.
