Hi all

I know this sort of thing has been asked before but I cannot find anything specific to my query so here we go...

I want to fit a small radiator downstairs and was going to tee off the flow and return pipes that feed the radiator in my kitchen that are already connected to the main circuit and run from the first floor down. I have read that each radiator should come of the main circuit but I cannot see that teeing off this"spur" as it were is any different to connecting a few feet further up to the main circuit. The reason I am not doing this is because that means floor boards up etc.

Can anyone help or shoot me down so I at least know the way to go.

Thank you.

Sounds like how I would do it, providing the main F&R are 22mm.

Thanks guys.

To clarify, my main flow and return circuit is 22mm. The exising feed to the original rad is 15mm. I'm teeing off this keeping it 15mm through out.

Unless I hear different soon I'm cracking on.

Thanks again.
