Looking for some advice, converting a barn with a monopitch roof. Planning is passed for a welsh slate roof. Ive seen Urban Colourcoat advertised in Grand Designs mag and am thinking it could be an option, but like most projects, price is a major factor! Anyone know if there is a rulke of thumb per metre? Wabt to know what I should expect from quotes if anyone has any ideas? The barn roof is roughly 6m wide x 30m long with one penetration for a stove. Hope you can help!
