new roof

I have a 3 bed semi which requires new roof and gutters.

can someone give me a ball park figure of the cost to get someone to put a new roof on and gutters.

i know its difficult without seeing the size of the property or me choosing materials but i am only trying to get a rough idea as to weather it would be 5000 or 10000 if you know what i mean.

My next door neighbour just paid £6500 for their new roof tiles on their 4 pitches roof bungalow, I think £5000 is on the low side, so as a guess £5000 to £10,000 in the South East area depending on access, chimney, galley etc. Get a few free quotes though.
