Have you not got the manual ? Yes but that says the inlet filter is situated in the inlet pipe which is part of the solenoid valve

Yes that's right but you have to remove the mains inlet pipe to beable to pull the filter out.

No once you remove your elbow look up the plastic pipe and you'll see the filter just pull it out clean then push back in.

Let me know how you get on. Phoned Triton. Took the filter out and cleaned it, flushed the supply pipe out again, re commisioned it and its still doing it. Dont know what else I could try, it has to be a flow problem but I connected a flexi to the elbow and had someone hold it in the bath while I turned on the ballofix in the loft and they said it was flying out, it only needs 1 bar so it must be a fault within the shower. ( I hope )
