Newby request regarding calculating radiator sizes in BTU

I have searched many websites trying to find an up to date calculator for defining radiators sizes for my new build detached house, all the ones I have used so far way are out of date regarding new cavity and loft insulation building regulations ie 102mm outer brick and 100mm Celcon/other block, 50mm residual cavity after 75mm Celotex CG5000 insulation.

Loft insulation 100mm Eathwool between roof members & 300mm cross layered.

Anyone know of an upto date calculator, even Stelrad's is way out of date.
