Nexus 8 Alarm Panel - How to Reset Master User Code

Good evening all,

I have reset a Nexus 8 Alarm Panel which I installed myself. I have the Engineer Guide for the Panel and I have reprogrammed the unit. However, I have run into difficulty when trying to change the Master User Code.

I have succeeded in changing the Engineer code from the factory set one to a new code.

However, I cannot find information, in the Engineer Guide, on how to change the Master User Code.

Can anyone help? I have done it in the past but it was several years ago.

You could try the following to change user default code
Enter 1234 press 8 then enter new 4 digit code

However, since posting this question, I have located the NEXUS 8, Alarm Panel Guide. This guide gives details of how to access and adjust the Master Unit Menu.

I have succeeded in changing the Master Unit Code.
