I have a nilfisk gm 320 and one off wheels on base is broken. how do i remove base to replace wheel

I think the wheels may just clip on. Is there a disc in the middle of the wheels that looks like it might lever out. If you can remove it the wheels just clip on with either an o ring or simple plastic squeeze fixers(sorry don't know how better to describe them)
