can,t get constant hot water flowing through garda he boiler,l had this problem since l had this heater three years ago.

Could be temp sensors/potentiometer/gas valve not modulating/blocked plate exchanger.
A competant engineer should be able to diagnose pretty quickly but those are some of the obvious things to be lookin for. Would definately start with the temp sensors first though.
