Hi,
I,m trying to get a permanent electric supply to my loft so i can plug in my ariel splitter but cant find anything apart from cable to lights, can anyone help, Misses going up wall no tv in bedroom.
I,ve found a electric cable going to a timed fan with brown, black, grey and earth. My question is can i wire a single socket onto it the run my ariel splitter and if so which wires.
This would be the best action.
Take a spur to a FCU with a 3amp fuse in it. If the booster has a power lead, wire it into the load side of the fcu, if it is a plug in type, wire a socket to the load side of the fcu and label it as "TV Booster Only"
