Hi my main tv where i have sky hd box cant get a freeview signal . Got 6 orther tv,s through sky booster and they all tune in fine, main tv has just a hdmi lead from sky box , Do i need a coax into this tv and if so from where, Thanks
If your aerial is connected into the Sky HD Digibox, and RF2 output is connected to the 6-way distribution amplifier, then the RF1 output should be free for you to connect to your TV with a suitable coaxial "fly lead".
As interference can be a problem, be sure to use a good quality fly-lead - preferably using double-screened coax. It doesn't need to cost a fortune and it's easy to fit plugs yourself, to save money. For this particular usage, the plugs don't even need to be soldered.
