no heat or hot water - please help

I have a baxi combi boiler (5 years old) and yesterday the heating and hot water went off.

I looked at the boiler and all the lights are off, i cant get nothing from it.

I have changed the fuse and checked my trip box for the electric and still nothing.

Can someone give me any more pointers on what else i can try.

1) Find what boiler you've got
2) look it up on partsarena.com/baxi or is it \baxi
3) follow the fault finding guide until you get stuck then holler.
