No hot water from my Saunier Duval F24E

Dear all,
I have a Saunier Duval F24E which is 3 years old.
Heating works but in the last 2 - 3 weeks the hot water is playing up!!!
Basically every now and again the hot water won't kick in.
Sometimes we have hot water and sometimes we don't.
The orange light isn't kicking in to warm the hot water!
I'm assuming that it's not firing up/igniting.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

i have a Saunier Duval thema classic c25e and i have a same problem here
heating work just fine but i have no hot water
i think it must be some switch in somewhere that stock maybe
i really appreciate if anyone could help
