Hi, I have recently moved into a new home and have a new shower fitted. A mixer shower, brand new. As far as I can tell the inlets are connected correctly to the h and c connections. The boiler is Combi and the shower is suitable for all systems (Mira Atom ERD) I cannot get any hot water from the shower, infact, it doesn't even set the boiler demand for hot water even when I override the temperature control. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Is this new as in brand new house with brand new shower? Can you see any iso valves in the pipes leading to the shower? Does hot work at the basin or anywhere else in the house? If you can't find any iso valves or they're wide open then call the builders
