No Hot Water from Taps in Upstairs Bathroom

Ok Im not too technical but hopefully will provide as much info as possible.

I have a combi boiler, Feroli.
Last night it froze, infact ive never seen my road so white.
Ive been in my house approx 2 months.
No previous issues with boiler/central heating/plumbing

This morning I went to turn the shower on, nothing. I then tried turning the bath water on nothing but the cold water tap works. I then tried the sink hot water tap - again nothing but the cold water tap is fine.

I went downstairs and the hot water is working fine down there and you can also hear the boiler clicking on to heat the water. Cold water as predicted was fine also.

Now is this something to do with a possible frozen pipe or something more serious? Is there anything I can check? I had to leave for work this morning so wont be able to check anything else till I get home later.

Update, now all the taps upstairs are not working, the water is definatly blocked somewhere as there is no supply to the toiler either.

Not to worry, all sorted now, got a plumber out to fix a frozen pipeline. No cost because of my home services cover.
