Somebody pressed "mute". Try turning the TV power off and on at the wall and report back. If that doesn't fix it, we'll need to know the history of the fault and any other clues, such as does it have a headphone socket?

That's the problem with modern equipment. Everything has a computer chip that needs a reboot from time to time.
