Hi
really could do with some advice, recently moved into new house which has a annex that has been built with stone (about 18inches thick) there is no ventilation under the floor the concrete base is about 150mm above outside ground level with floor beams and boards above this, is the only option to knock out stone to fit vents? I have to strip everything back to bare walls and concrete floor to fit insulation boards on walls anyway also will this need a damp proof membrane on top off the concrete?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated,
cheers in anticipation
