Noisey Combi Boiler

My Ideal mini combi boiler is making a whingey kind of noise when the heating first comes on, any ideas why? It only last around 2 mins, then it dies away.

Do you think its anything to worry about? Me and my partner are both women, and we keep worrying each other because of it!
