Noisey dishwasher-blocked pump?

Hi all

I have an integrated Baumatic dishwasher which is about 18 months old.Recently its started making a grinding noise whilst its on.Checked the filter and thats fine so I can only assume its the pump thats blocked or has damaged bearings?Thing is,I dont actually know where the pump is Looked underneath and i cant see any way in,so am I right in assuming it will be round the back?Bit of a task getting it out so I wanted to check first.

I know no one can actually hear this noise(obviously) but does the pump sound like a plausable reason for the noise?Think I might just leasve it and hope for the best.
