noisey hot water tap

I have a combination boiler and have had the hot water flexible pipe burst
to the bath i replaced it with copper piping to the bath hot water tap, but now anytime the washing machine is used or any other hot water tap is used in the house it makes a loud noise under the bath hot water tap.
The bathroom hot water taps are mixer taps. it sounds like a thud noise

Can anyone help or give me an Idea of what it could be.

it might sound like it is coming from the bath but it could be anywhere in the house.common faults for this noise.
1.mains stop tap washer worn/damaged
2.hot/cold taps washers worn/damaged
3.pipes not supported properly
4.water pressure too high
5.closing of the taps really fast
