Any suggestions please, We're runnng a Baxi Bermuda system that has become very noisey on start up.I have drained the system flushed out with fernox replaced with Inhibitor plus a noise reducing solution. The pump is quiet as a mouse. The boiler is kettling slightly but the noise comes from the pipework which I can only descibe has a whoooshing sound, its almost has though you can hear the water passing through the pipe

Have you bled all the air out of the system? 
If it does it all the time, you still have air somewhere, or there is a valve that isnt fully open, or you have an automatic bleed valve that allows air to be sucked in, or you should search the forum for "noisy pipes", this is a VERY COMMON question.
