Noisy Radiator

Does anyone have any idea how to stop my radiator from making a high pitch squealing noise when it's on? It's been removed and cleaned out, but to no avail. Could it be a faulty valve?

CHECK RAD VALVES ,ONE FULLY OPEN,OTHER ONE TURN OPEN ONE TURN,CHECK AND ALTER PUMP SPEED.
IF THERMOSTATIC VALVE FITTED MAY BE ON WRONG END OF RAD
