I think a little bra metal bracket got stuck in the drum of a Bosch 2820.

The machine washes fine, but it is very noisy when the spinning starts. It is as if the drum would hit the metal bracket at every spin.

I unscrewed the filter and it is clean.
I tried to look for the metal bracket by passing a hand on the holes in the inside part of the drum, but had no luck.

Any idea? What could the bracket be stuck to?

The machine is not too old and in perfect condition.

removed the filter: clean!

removed the pipe that links the back of the drum to the filter: clean! (there was another bra bracket stuck before the plastic ball.

the noise is still there though. I cannot see the metal bracket through the holes of the rotating drum though.

You say it can be stuck on the heater. How do I access it?

Do you think I should start unscrewing the front parts of the machine to see whether I can get to the lost bracket? (Is it easy to assemble it back?)

Any thoughts?

I meant I removed the pipe at the BOTTOM (not at the BACK) of the drum
