Nokia C6-01 after flat battery showing wrong time

I have checked and the auto time up-date is on. But the clock was 15 minutes slow. Had problem with PC being out and found it had drifted to far for auto updates to work so corrected phone to nearly right time but still does not seem to auto update to correct time.

Using Nokia Suite 3.8.30 still shows different time to PC.
